Once your payment is finalized and your order has been processed, you will receive a email that will include tracking information for your parcel.
You can return any order within 14 working days counting from the day you received your order. You are welcome to open and try on the shoes. However, the shoes can only be returned when they are completely unused and sent in the original packaging.
Simply send our customer success team an email at assistance@onegroundfootwear.com and let our team know how they can help. Please allow 24 hours for a response however we are known to reply within 15 minutes on weekdays.
We will process your refund within 14 working from receiving the order at our fulfillment center. Depending on your form of payment it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to be deposited in your account.
Once the order is placed it cannot be changed. However, after receiving your order your permitted to return it within 14 days.
Each OneGround model is unique, however we advise that you size down if you wear half sizes.
We deliver to most of the countries. If by chance you can’t find your home country in the drop down at the checkout, please contact customer service and we will try to find a solution for you.
All prices exclude VAT/tax, customs and delivery costs. Therefore any charges on a package must be paid by the person receiving the package. OneGround has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country. In order to be sure of the current charges, please take contact with your local customs office.
